Thank Your Local BA LIF - reboot

I want to thank and commend all of you for the great things that you have done. I realize that the assignment is difficult (thus, I'm trying to offer desirable beers), so I understand the small response. As this thread has not seen any action in a week, I'm leaning toward closing it and declaring a winner before the original date of January 5th. If there are no new entries by December 30th, I'll choose a winner. I still won't be able to ship until January 7th or so, but at least you'll be able to stop wondering and doing good things. Well, after an initial flurry of great responses, the action in this thread died down significantly, and I couldn't figure out a tactful way to bump it continuously, so we ended up with only 6 (7?) contestants. All of these entries were wonderful and selfless, and while none of them seem to have been directly motivated by this LIF, they are all deserving of a good beer-reward. However, there can only be one winner, and I think no one will be surprised to hear that it is
