Just curious what you're all bringing to the table for Thanksgiving dinner that's available to you in California? I was thinking an Autumn Maple to share at dinner, and my last BCBS to enjoy with dessert.
A crisp CA Sauvignon Blac to start, followed by a nice CA Pinot Noir for the main course, ending with a chewy CA Madiera for dessert.
Going to try and knock some of the Bruery beers to make space for Bourbon County (if I get any ) Their old ales/barleys etc. went well with our Turkey dinner as you sip as you eat
Probably a blade and bow or a weller antique while visiting with family in the early afternoon and then a Pinot Noir or two w/ dinner. My family aren't beer drinkers so no excuse to crack anything crazy. After thanksgiving when I meet up with a few friends? I'm thinking my Viet Speedway and a Rare Dos... hopefully I still have room for em.
Hopefully you will have the choice between that and/or hawaiian/bass speedway. Come on fedex...I am rooting for you!
We are doing pretty much the same, Sancerre and Burgundy, but in addition to the after dinner Port and Ice Wine, I am opening a older vintage of Utopia for post dinner festivities. Cheers…….
Not sure but I am guessing nothing special since I'l be buying quantity over quality because of the long weekend which makes some people I know nervous.
