That Damn Approval Queue!

Just a quick update. Over the last 6 months or so, many of you have expressed your frustration with items (new place submissions, beer/place photos) lingering in the approval queue for too long. Our bad for not getting on top of it sooner.

Good News! We recently promoted @dbrauneis (congrats!) to assist as a volunteer Site Editor, and we're happy to report that Approval Queue is now under control and that items are being approved on a regular basis now. Thanks to @Jason, @slander, @MasterSki, and @UncleJimbo for knocking out as much as they could with their limited schedules too. Together we'll stay on top of the queue, and my personal goal is to assign at least one more Site Editor to further ensure that we are.

In the meantime, keep on adding new Places and pics! Submissions are at an all-time high, and we thank you for your contributions.
