I've thrown up posts asking for BA's in my county and I don't even get replies except for those cats across the Bay in Oakland or Berkeley or up in Santa Rosa. Which is cool and all but after sharing a bunch of beer, I want to be close.

    2013 Sucaba. Doesn't help that I scored a 2014 Sucaba a few months ago.

I'm sure, when I die, my wife will be like "what the fuck am I going to do with all of this beer?"
Hopefully she opens my cellar (which doubles as my closet) and has my friends and family go nuts at my FunEral. (See what I did there was my pitch for a funeral home: We out the FUN in Funeral).

Haha, she can send it to me if she wants.

I can get down with that funeral idea. That's kinda the route I'd like my funeral to take as well, although they'll have to procure the beer from somewhere else, since hopefully I died of massive alcohol poisoning by cleaning out my cellar box at the age of 99.

A funeral should be a Celebration of life, not death.

Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale it is.

But I concur. Maybe I can be a customer of your new funeral home.

I had a 2006 last year. In my opinion it only gets better with age. Hold on to it, it will definitely be worth it!

Too poor for that... you'll notice I have a box instead of a cellar.

    Soon, though. Soon.

Barrel Aged Bigfoot. I really want to try it but only have 1 bottle. Maybe I will just bust it open this winter. It is a hard decision!

I don't do much cellaring, but I usually put away some SN Bigfoot, some Founders Imperial Stout, and bombers of Our Finest Regards barleywine and Barbapapa Imperial Russian Stout, both by Pretty Things, which I age for one or two years, tops.

But since I don't do much cellaring, I only tend to remember that I've got these stashed on those very (very) rare occasions when the fridge is empty and the packy's closed. Then it's like Christmas morning.

Right now it'd have to be Rodenbach Caractere Rouge, Fuller's Vintage Ale, Unibroue 17 Grand Reserve and New Holland Dragon's Milk.
