Finally, a benefit of my forgetfulness! I leave stuff boxed up and out of sight, so I'm not sure what I have. I'll pull something out occasionally, but I'm awesome at not drinking beer, too.

That was mine. I drank it after about a year, I hadn't had any beer that good on months so I had to do something.

Right now, its probably Parabola. I have three from last year, and I would like to so at least a 3 year vertical when that time comes.

Plenty of FW - Parabola, Sucaba, Double DBA, XVII, XVIII, Stickee Monkee, Velvet Merkin... but I think XVII is going to get opened on the 17th, my birthday!

Unfortunately I am not very good at cellaring either my beers or my wines. They tend to last a year at best. Next time I get my hands on some Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale I will try again.

Too much thought here. It's all up for grabs all the time.

    This is NOT work.

I randomly send some of it to a deserving home or event.

Mine's split between a box in my closet and a four pack of BCBS in my dad's basement. This way I still have something in the event of a natural disaster. I'm pretty resourceful.

Hardest thing for me to get to the cellar was always Bigfoot !!!
Now the most tempting is my FW collection

Darkness. I just can't help drinking them during "polar vortex" season.

ooooo but the 2010's were drinking GREAT a year ago. Just had a 2008 and it paled in comparison to the 2010.

My biggest temptation is the Grey Monday / Mocha Wednesday combo. I've haven't had either and would love to put them into a kick ass bottle share.

I've been staring at the Lawson's Finest Fayston Maple Bourbon Stout for two years now. I've decided it's my birthday beer this year (January).

I just went through a 2008 WWS, 2011 Westy, and a couple others in the cellar, so this holiday season has kind of been a cleaning of the cellar. Most of the stuff there now is 2014. The Lawson's is the last remaining (besides the 2007 D'Extra, which will be consumed alongside the 2014 version some time soon) stalwart.

Crooked Stave St. Bretta (autumn), until I drank it last night. I regret nothing!
