That doesn't answer my question. I asked if full cases of Focal Banger were given an option to people to purchase. It's been noted some people have been given the option when Crusher and Heady runs out to buy (4) 4 packs of Focal, but didn't know if people were offered a Case of Focal vs a Mixed Case.

Well, like I said in my post, they were certainly selling full cases on the day I was there.

It's a day by day thing. My buddy was there on Wed. and showed up mid afternoon after Crusher and HT were gone and he could only buy two 4 packs of Focal. But I also remember last week someone saying they bought a case of Focal. So limits seem to change based on their inventory/sales.

I went last Tuesday and you could get a full case of Focal. I'd found a 4-pack of Heady elsewhere, and they let me swap one Heady for a Focal - so got 4 Heady, 8 Crusher, 12 Focal.

So I brought 8 HT, 8 C, 12 Focal back to Illinois - amongst other breweries...

Hey I'm not sure if this has been answered but when I used to visit the old brewery and it was non peak times they would sometimes offer us a few additional samples if we asked and were just hanging out after the long drive. I can remember having 4. Are they strict to the 3 samples of 3 beers only? This is more just curiosity.

I've only been there during peak purchasing times when the line runs past the sample area and you only have time for one. I would imagine that if you're there mid to late afternoon when crowds are gone you'd certainly be able to sample all three.

Safe to say John Turner is a complete idiot. I visited today, pulled in at 10:01 and was about 50 in line, that was fine because they opened early and were extremely efficient, was on the road with a mixed case and glassware by 10:50. If they opened early it would just create a "gotta get here by 6 am" attitude which is obviously unnecessary, kudos to the Alchemist staff for running a great operation on a daily basis!

They offered full cases of focal today at open to anyone that wanted it. not sure about every other day, but it seems like they have started to offer it every day. I also saw a guy get the full case of focal and they grabbed a crusher 4 pack and replaced a focal 4 pack with crusher so he got 5 four packs of Focal and 1 four pack of Crusher, not sure if that is the norm or what, but it happened, so they are pretty flexible.

Went last Saturday. Got there at 10:01 with plenty of parking. Pulled right into the lot easily. Was about 70 ppl ahead of me in line. Opened at about 1020 and out with full mixed case by 10:50. Super smooth experience. Couldn't think of anything that could have been improved. Props to the alchemist team for working out some early kinks and making the experience super efficient and pleasant. Great folks in line too.

Oh and those prices! So refreshing and appreciative to see a world class 4 pack for 12.50! Major props to alchemist for not gouging customers just because they can like some others are. very impressed with alchemist right now. And the quality of the beer has not waned at all IMO.

You got there at 10:01 and there were 70 people ahead of you? What time did those 70 people get there? Do they walk over and get in line from somewhere else? Did they all get there between 10:00 and 10:01? Just curious where they came from...

Heard from several sources that the lot opens 5 minutes or so early most days and that there are numerous cars waiting and circling trying to get in before 10 o clock, so I take it those people piled up in the 5-10 minutes before I got there.

Good deal, figured something was up. Heading there next week and wanted to get a handle on the "early birds". I plan on arriving at 10:01 myself. Thanks for the heads up...CHEERS.
