The alchemist/Heady topper

    Looking to take a trip out to Vermont next month, specifically Burlington. Wanted to get some input on where and when are the best times to buy stuff from the alchemist. We'd love to get our hands on some heady topper if possible. Or if you think there are other places to check out as well. All help is appreciated. Cheers!

    I had good luck at the City Market in Burlington last month. Shipment usually arrives at 2 PM on Tuesdays. I was there 25 minutes ahead of time and I was 2nd in line.

    Check heady spotter and you should be able to find some no problem, no real need to arive ahead of time in the off season unless it is close to the holidays. lately Deliveries have lasted at least a few hours at most places. things will get crazy again around Xmas and New Years then settle back down

    Be at hunger mountain co-op at 7:45 am on a Thursday morning and you will more than likely leave with a case per person...unless it's a special beer related weekend ( beer fest in the area, special release in the area) in which case you may want to show up a bit earlier.

    I was at healthy living Friday afternoon in Burlington and the heady and SOS are wheeled out at 5pm. Small line of 20 or so people started forming 20'minutes before 5-- 2 4-pack limit per person. Also -- had focal banger cans at the bar of the Hotel Vt and at the farmhouse tap. Worth seeking out -- it's a step up on HT in overall hop goodness. Good luck!

    try this website ( heady spotter.com) for all delivery schedules... It's quite useful enjoy PS you shouldn't have that difficult of a time....

    Healthy Living on Mondays for cases. The line snaking through the store is a good time.
