In regards to the AC anniversary party.. does anyone know how many tickets it is they’ll be selling in person on 11/11 and 11/12. I can’t imagine it would be very many

 

Not sure. I showed up super late and still scored tickets to the Rad Beer TBBW event last year, but that was an all tickets in 1 shot thing. I do think I’m going to try and score some tickets to this on Saturday.

 

Was told around 130 tickets per session will go on sale, their max occupancy is small even with the parking lot utilized.

 

What time are you guys planning on getting there saturday? Have no idea what to expect.

 

I think it's 80 spots per session...not sure though

 

Do you think tickets will even make it to the online sale? From the numbers they posted I think it will sellout before the online sale.

 

Depends if they keep some aside for the online sale. If they don't, all tickets will surely sell.

 

Their Instagram post three days ago made clear that they're selling half the tickets for each session at the brewery and the other half online.

And to answer the inevitable next question: The in-person tickets go on sale this coming weekend and the online tickets go on sale the following weekend.

We will be selling tickets in person on Saturday (11/11) and Sunday (11/12) at 10:30AM.
Each day we will sell HALF of our in person ticket sale allotments for each session.
(This means we will sell the same amount of session 1 tickets on both days, and the same amount of session 2 tickets on both days).
You will only be allowed to buy tickets to ONE SESSION per day. Giving more people a chance to buy tickets.
You are able to buy TWO tickets, one for yourself and one for your plus one.
YOU MUST HAVE THE NAME OF THE OTHER PERSON UPON TICKET PURCHASE ***THIS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE***
ID’S WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE ANNIVERSARY, MATCHING THE NAMES TO OUR TICKET LIST.

ONLINE TICKET SALES-
We will be selling the remaining tickets online the following weekend.

I think "in person ticket sales allotment" is the operative phrase here, as it implies that they also have an online ticket sales allotment that is set aside and not available for purchase at the brewery. So a set number of tickets will definitely be available online (but will sell out in less than five minutes like last year).

 

5 minutes? I literally hit refresh last year right at noon and the second it took to load it said, sold out. Need to find a REALLY fast internet connection for this years attempt.

 

I'm also gonna say that in person tickets probably already have people in line. Less then 50 a day, I guess the early bird gets the diabetes. Will be a great event though for sure.

 

New to the area so please pardon my ignorance, but where do people actually park to visit this place since so many of their posts tell you not to park what seems like everywhere?

 

They have a small parking lot that's available on non-release days. Otherwise, you can park on the residential streets that aren't Fern (like North and Lambright) as long as you aren't blocking a driveway or boxing someone else in. At the Interference release, the police came by to say that TECHNICALLY you can be written a ticket or even towed for parking within 10 feet of a driveway/50 feet of a stop sign, but did so in a way that made it clear they had no intention of doing either. AC says they're working on a parking solution, whatever that means, but that it won't be in place until after the anniversary party.

 

The parking lot is non-fermentable sugar.
