AC could benefit bigly from a similar card system to Wakefield. Hand out cards at 6. Someone that's there everytime should just volunteer to do this.
The line jumpers should be crucified.

I didn't reline, so I'd take the word of the fine gentlemen who did.

Breweries should all just go to online sales, the day before, no proxies. Screw the line nonsense.

Anyone know Garrett Lorm? He forgot something in the line this morning. Have to return it to him.

Then you'd have like sneaker sales.....people using bots to cheat the sales and hoard it all

Shouldn't be too difficult to limit it to one transaction per household / billing address. You trying endRun the system you lose all your purchases.

It should be easy to identify bot sales vs human sales since bots are working at the speed of the internet connection and their programming while a human has to spend time entering the data. They just need to build some logic in to identify page dwell times below a certain threshold and then deny those addresses a connection to complete the sale. Captcha is another option but they are also defeated.

Not surprised. Unless they hand out something with numbers on it people will play Marco Brolo. If they also don't have a way to identify people that have already bought then they will have people cycle back through. 95% or more of people abide by the rules and don't do crap like that. It's the small minority that ruins it for the rest of us.

Yeah it details in the article that bots have delays to purposely avoid this overly quick check out.

My point is....who here wants to deal with that? Long Lines and jumpers suck but if a bunch get on this bot game for purchase.....I personally feel it would be worse

That article was painful to read. 95% of it had nothing to do with the tech behind it and just talked about the clothing and secondary resale values. It's just a matter of building a better mousetrap or continually adding or moving entropy in the background that can trip up bots but not slow down an actual person.

I'd love to find a way to defeat Captcha. Clicking on street signs has really, really, got old.

    Stop discussing bots.

People suggested online sales....bots are inevitable and seemingly unchecked in the sneaker sales

The new line procedure was not well though out. 5 (maybe 6) lines then across the street to the ally.
When everyone put their chairs and shit away the lines condensed by almost half. I was at the end of line 3 when the release started I was then in the middle of line 2. Then some jack offs that were in the ally tried to get in line 1 and some douche in a Stamkos jersey got called out and he went fairly ballistic... but in doing so it allowed the 4 or 5 people that jumped with him to slide into line 1. once the guy from AC got out there to navigate the lines it went pretty smoothly.

As far as line jumping throughout the morning. i dont think anymore than usual. The problem is with the new line process it makes it harder to see who "really" is in front of you.

They should really just have the line snake from the door through the parking lot. One continuous line instead of 5.

The 540 number is the number of Pop bottles that were available that day. We relined and when we left there were maybe still 40 people in line. I am sure some people made it through 3 times before they ran out. The Arawn was in the cooler on Sunday.

Yea I got home about a half an hour later than I normally do and I was in my normal spot in line. One snaking line through the lot would solve all of that.
