Thanks. Was hoping to get a taste of each beer each day, but committing 4-6 hours of 4 days of my vacation to waiting for draft lines to open up will probably not happen...looks like an attempt at the Super Rad event might be warranted then...

 

They tried last year during TBBW to sell the bottles at Opening along with Drafts and it was a CF of epic proportions...the last guy did not even clear the line till Mid August...but in all seriousness it went so badly by Thursday they decided to put BAIGCCS on sale at noon instead of waiting till opening...even that ran into problems when the line got so long the cops told them to start the sale earlier and if memory serves they started between 10:45 and 11

 

Really seems they should adopt cycle model of early weekday bottle release at least for TBBW

 

Cycle and AC have a really good relationship and I think AC is "respecting" Cycle's Standard Onsale Time of 8 AM and does not want to infringe on that because we all know who the hot Brewery is now and where the crowds would be if they both released at 8...I'm not even sure with a 4 hour gap if there will be any lines at Cycle Mon-Thursday as I'm thinking everyone may be in line already at AC

 

This is what I was expecting. I'm surprised it's this late. Oh well. I'll be in line like the rest of you lol

 

That's never stopped them before. They've done same day release more than once before.

 

Well most Cycle Releases are Monday thru Friday and most AC Releases are on Saturday so the only time they may have gone head to head at the same time was last Summer when Cycle was releasing all those Double Barrel Cinnamon Variations on Saturday's ..the point remains AC is letting Cycle have The 8 AM Release Window to themselves during TBBW

 

BA day tickets....just recently. And from the comments on IG it was clear that the timing was on purpose.

Earlier is just smarter...never did I say 8 am but rather just earlier. Hell it could even help. Igccs was a mild line til after the initial line for ba cycle tickets sold.

 

AC is also in a residential neighborhood. They literally said on their Super Rad event page that they never wanted people camping out in their parking lot overnight and are learning from their past mistakes.

 

Hope the line cutting isn’t as bad at AC as I heard it was at the Prairie PP release today. Lol.

AC finally has a good system down and the line polices itself. Also I thought I heard they were doing wristbands . Not sure

You probably saw it by now, but they did respond. Said sale would be moved to a yet-undetermined date & time.

 

They just did. They are gonna reschedule the sale.

 

Ah man, probably going to have to wrestle through work and meetings to try to get on and get a ticket...my slim chances just decreased now.

Are proxies allowed? I have no intention on going but can probably manage to score a ticket for someone that wants to go.

 

They just posted on IG that they're gonna be announcing the details tomorrow about when tickets will be made available. Apparently they will still be using BPT.
