Yes. They have a deck and pretty sure it's open again. This pic is from last year when it opened so with COVID spacing not sure how many seats they have out there now. No reservations. It's first come, first served.

 

I have not certainty of that. Have not been there since all this went down in March. I checked recent Untappd check-ins and noticed people ticking beers with pics from tables on the deck as recently as yesterday / last night.

Aliens in the Valley - 70 years ago intergalactic beings visited a small vineyard in the Willamette Valley. Now, the area is known for its beautiful hop harvests. Perhaps they blessed the soil these very hops were grown in. This West Coast hoppy red ale honors the mysterious passengers of that spinning disk with a triple dry-hop treatment of Citra, Sabro, and El Dorado. Google it bro. It's real.

Also as part of yesterday's release, which sounds like they will be doing it again today, all those who pre-ordered were assigned a number and then entered into Duck Races. Winner of each duck race won a Covidman glass as well as Megaman on Yoshi glass. Winners of each ducks race then entered in a final race in which overall winner also took home the Gold Megaman on Yoshi glass.

I'm generally only interested in 1 glass each year but so far the beer and glass offerings are underwhelming for this go around. I didn't catch the preview teased on the Q&A group some mentioned showed up. 2 Lagers and then a series they've already done a few times with a new hop. Even the Megaman on Yoshi / Gold version and Covidman aren't much to get excited about. This new Hoptone glass I grabbed the style a few years ago at Pottery Barn for about $3. Hoping the final 3 days brings out some surprises. Maybe a canned stout / Andall.

Miles Prower is a Nelson and Mosaic DIPA so wide we had to use the anamorphic aspect ratio! Dank white grapes from the Nelson play well with the mango and blueberry from the Mosaic.
