The Answer Brewpub (Richmond, Va)

Unless they put a limit on the number of Crowlers they are doing (like today's Phantom Limb Pain) they should last all evening. Their house IPAs are available for fill every day and no limit. The Joose is only Tues & Thurs and they have been pre-filling some the past week or so to help the line move faster. Whenever a Joose kicks they will replace it will something listed in the "On-Deck" list. If you happen to see a non Answer beer you may want to fill they do not do Crowlers of those but will do 32oz and 64oz swing top Growlers. (I think swing tops are all the will fill) You can either bring your own or they have some for purchase in house. They do a great job updating their Taplist through Untappd and even list pricing on the various size pours and fills.

IPA
A new IPA is on tap and available for crowlers today - False Paradigm is an American IPA brewed with El Dorado & Motueka hops, and double dry hopped with the same varieties.

No limit on IPA crowlers.

STOUT
There is also a little bit of Phantom Limb Pain left for in house only. Get some before it's gone.

This beer quashes any East Coast/West Coast feuds. Biggie and 2Pac could still be with us."

- Mike McIlyar's Hangover Cure (Stout) - Canadian Breakfast Style Imperial Stout with Bewdly smoked bacon coffee beans, dark Canadian maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and Ancho chili

- Naked Isuck (Stout) - Imperial Stout with Kona coffee beans, hazelnuts, dark Vermont maple syrup, toasted coconut and ancho chilis

 

According to their tap list updated earlier this morning here is what to expect today. Will update should anything change. I highly doubt there are 9 Joose on so at least half of these will likely be "On-Deck." Don't think they ever have more than 4 on at the same time.

Don't forget about Mekong (same building as The Answer). Mekong entrance is in the front (facing Broad St) while Answer is around back. Would be a good stop for lunch. Final Gravity Brewing is another recommendation to make your trip worth while for several stops. They open at 11am
