I love all of their ipa's but County Line has a special place in my heart. With the current wave of IPAs that taste like juice with low bitterness(although I do like those) it's nice to see breweries still making delicious bitter pine bombs for hop heads. Cheers!

Double Jack... Although, finding it fresh isn't exactly easy.
Sofie with a few years is about as good as it gets.

SNPA. Also a few seasonal releases like Nugget Nectar and Bigfoot that I have a soft spot for from when I first got into beer.

    Yuengling Lager.

Granted, I don't live in its distribution area any more. But, honestly, you could probably make an argument that I got into craft beer because I lost access to Yuengling and had to find a replacement.

It used to be stone IPA, but now with pataskala I find myself buying that more regularly, it's one of those beers you can drink when you can't decide on which beer you're craving, in my opinion.

Given the metrics you listed, it'd be hard to argue against any of Lagunitas's Limited (or even Un-Limited) Releases. With respect to quality, strength (ABV-wise), distribution, and value, they are nonpareil.

I rarely buy more than a six-pack of any given beer because I want to try as many as I can... if I had to pick it would be Sam Adams Boston Lager. Reasonable price, available everywhere, and everyone in the family who drinks beer likes it. For most family gatherings, though, I will pick up the Sam Adams Seasonal 12-pack because they usually have a new beer or two and we like the variety. Jim Koch gets my money either way.

Although mixed Sierra Nevada 12-packs are a close second.

GLBC Dortmunder Gold - my first craft beer, always drank this in college
DFH Indian Brown Ale - one of my favorite beers, great combination of flavor/aroma/look of IPAs and brown ales
Troegs Hopback Amber - another of my favorites, amazing taste and always hits the spot. plus works PERFECTLY in my baby back rib sauce

I guess I'd have to go with Bell's Expedition Stout.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, thought I'll put any of SN's IPAs, any Great Lakes lager, and my local West Sixth IPA in that category as well.

I'll take "most loyal" to mean "craft beer you've had on the most occassions." That'd be Westbrook Gose, followed in a distant second by Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier and Heady Topper, which goes to show how infrequently I drink the same beer. I probably have Miller Lite, PBR and Heineken more than even Westbrook Gose though, due to circumstances re: convenience.
