There's a future Belgian tasting/festival coming up in PA that will feature all 3 Westy's. I have to pass because it's on a Tuesday night.

When I first got into craft beer, I came upon Deschutes The Abyss at a small gastropub. Didn't know how special it was and now I regret only getting one 8oz serving. Should have had at least 5. Same goes for Lagunitas Sucks but at least that's becoming a year-round release

Bourbon County Brand Stout - I just cant seem to land a single freaking bottle of this thing.

Cantillon St. Lamvinus - Just couldnt muster the trade material for the offer I was given.

GLBC Rye of the Tiger - Keg blew 15 mins before I walked into Bodega in Columbus.

GLBC Big Black Smoke - On my first trip to the brewpub in Cleveland, I just couldnt handle ordering a 6th pint. Now I cant find the stupid thing anywhere.

oh and BCBS. Needs saying again, just land the stupid thing.

Not long ago a local bar had a Goose Island event as part of STL Craft Beer Week. I wanted to start lighter and finish heavy so I had a Matilda, Sofie, Big John, Bourbon County and planned to finish with the coffee BCBS. When it came time for the coffee I was informed the keg had just blew. I'd had it before but I was still pretty dissapointed!

I was in Albany for week long training in June and I figured I'd head over the border to VT and get my hands on some Heady Topper. I called the store and they said they weren't expecting any until the next week. Probably the closest I'll get to it for awhile now that I've moved from NY.

Pliny the Younger. The last year they did growlers of it, I had a trade lined up. The growler leaked in transit and the box was opened by FedEx. To this day I've never tried it and likely never will, being in Michigan.

It didn't happen to me, but I went with a buddy to a special tapping of Central Waters 1414 a few months back. We both walked a long way to the bar, so he chose to get a lighter beer to start with since we were both gassed....I knew better...The keg tapped immediately after I ordered it. Not a happy camper

Had an opportunity on many many many occasions to purchase Thomas Hardy's Ale not so long ago (2003-2008) but since it was produced by O'Hanlon's as opposed to being brewed by Elderidge Pope I didn't see the point. And I still don't.

Every time I've been to Chicago and not had all of the Founders, Great Lakes and Three Floyds I possibly could. Especially Founders and Great Lakes. I really wish we got them out west.

Other than that, I'm a little disappointed I didn't grab a bottle of Sucaba while it was in stores. One bar still has bottles but they are $$. Guess I'll have to wait a bit.

When I was in Alaska last summer, I saw at least 4 bottles of Abyss '10 just sitting on the shelves. Also, trading for a Sam Smith Yorkshire Stingo and Parabola, then seeing literally case after case of it on the floor at Binnys (Parabola, not the Stingo). Bad call, Mr. Houston, bad call.

Speedway Stout is a tremendous beer, but you don't have to go west to find it. I buy it in Southern Ohio!

Hair Of The Dog Adam - If I knew how amazing this beer was gonna be, I would have shipped a case to myself
Bitches Brew - Saw it for sale at 9.99, but passed since I already had a shitton of beer in my basement, should have just said 'fuck it", havent been able to find it since

I was at the Firestone Brewery last weekend and was heartbroken to find out that I couldn't take the Sucaba home after trying it for the first time. I.must.find.it.

Might still be on the shelf in some places. If not you can just wait 'til next year's release (or trade for it if you must have it). It is great though.

I thought it's the best DIPA I've ever had from FFF. Better than Dreadnaught, which was really hard for me to admit.
