IHS is a great beer, but it isn't as amazing as I found it back in January. I actually think that's a good thing. There are now lots of WA breweries making similar kinds of IPAs that are just as good.

what did you guys think about the Snozzberry wild ale and the Story of the ghost pale ipa?
I really liked them. I can see why they ran out of bottles of the snozzberry.

Whoa! Snozz is gone?! Damn. Was hoping to nab some in the morning

We got there around 12:30-1:00 and they were already out of Snozzberry bottles, unfortunately. Six bottle limit probably had a lot to do with it. Got a pour on tap, and a few 4-packs of Story of the Ghost.

Yeah I was a little surprised to see bottle limit that high. Picked up some story of the ghost when I grabbed my Caves 5th this morning

I think Arch Bridge is doing a Block 15, Story of the Ghost release event tonight. May have to run by tonight and give it a try. Have to say I liked the fluffhead over at Belmont Station quite a bit, so am looking forward to trying the Story of the Ghost.

Story of a Ghost might be the best hoppy beer they have ever done.

I'll cautiously agree to that, though I still wish there was a bit more underlying hoppy bitterness. Still, the amount of tropical fruit and citrus in this beer is truly impressive. It many ways, it reminds me of Lawson's sip of sunshine.

Agreed. I am absolutely digging this beer (though I've never had Sip of Sunshine so can't comment on that).

Story of the Ghost is fantastic. Might be better than Intergalactic, but I won't know for sure until I drink my final can (IHS) this weekend.

Drinking one right now in Bend. They don't distribute much out here do they??

Also, had Dab Lab at the Arch Bridge release. Because of the name I thought it would be SUPER hoppy/resin/pine(which is ok, but not what I really like right now) , but found it to be extremely soft/floral/fruity and god damn delicious.

We see Sticky Hands and Gloria in cans, and MofC brought in Anthem of the Sun bottles. But draft and other packaged product is still pretty scarce. The regular sight of cans is still pretty recent, though, so I have hope B15 will continue to make more available to us in Central OR.

That's good to hear. I have a cousin driving up through Chico, and she digs The Bier Stein, so she stopped there yesterday when passing through Eugene. I had her pick up two four-packs of Sticky Hands, one four-pack of Gloria, a bottle of Golden Canary, and a bottle of Autumn Farmhouse Ale. I didn't expect to find all this outside of Corvallis, so I'm stoked. (I don't believe they had Story of the Ghost, but I'll be happy as is, I'm sure.)

Story of the Ghost is DANGEROUS. I had to keep reminding myself that it's an imperial IPA. So soft and fruity and friendly, with all that gorgeous tropicality.

    A wonderful beer.

Agreed. Love this beer, but the 8.75% abv. is a concern. This is a beer you want to pound... But with that kind of abv., no good can come of that.

I don't really follow this thread, so forgive me if I'm covering old ground. A big Thank You to @sharpski is due here. In a recent box, he included a bottle of the Autumn Farmhouse, and it was phenomenal. One of the best Saisons I've ever had. It was the kind of beer I'd likely go broke buying were it local to me. Great job Block 15!
