Damn! Was really hoping they might be pouring BBW.

That being said, I really liked this year's SN, so I'll probably go ahead and grab a glass anyway.

I guess I was sort of confused about the concept of AoO, thinking it was gonna be a hazy. it is ... not good. Disappointing. Kinda dead both in hop aroma and flavor.

    I thought AoO was fantastic.

As did I. I originally thought it would be hazy, but as the name alludes, it's tongue-in-cheek pushback on the all the haziness as of late aiming to capture similar flavors in a damn-near filtered, anti-hazy appearanc. I found it to be an excellent IPA that actually hit a lot of the melon and tropical notes of hazy IPAs but in crystal clear form, not a cloud in sight. I really enjoyed it, and I'm glad I have a few cans left.

Any chance of finding AoO in Bend?

Haven’t seen it yet, best chance will be at Market of Choice. When are you going to be here? If I spot it before your arrival I can snag one for you, they probably won’t last 24 hrs if they do show up.

I thought it was super dank. But I drank it in like ten seconds on a beach on Vashon Island after spilling a bit of it, so I didn't meditate on it that long. (Good thing I have a second can.)

Many thanks for the offer! Was in town for an interview today but rolling back to CA tonight unfortunately. Likely won't be back until later in the summer.

Looks like there's a sweet little B15 tap takeover going on over at Arch Bridge right now. For those who like that sort of thing. ☺

    Yay!

This week we’re canning up our first run of Fresh Flow—a tropical IPA that we’ll be releasing at Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room this Saturday.

Can’t make it down to Corvallis for our release? No worries. We brought in enough cans to keep Fresh Flow flowing all summer long! Look for it at the finest beer bars and markets around the PNW starting next week.

FYI -- Bought a few bottles of the Bing Cherry Turbulent Consequence and sat on them for a few weeks.

Finally cracked one last Sat. wow! really really good. They still had some at the pub last week, and I would recommend to anybody.

Ahhhh... Thanks. Without the quotations marks, I thought it was @honkduh expressing his personal opinion (which would be quite understandable).

Are "Summer hazies" any different than "Winter hazies"?

I took home a four-pack of Sticky Hands the last time I visited PDX. It was a complete blind purchase--at the time I hadn't heard of the beer or the brewery before--and possibly my favorite of all the beers I brought back. Amazingly good stuff. I'm returning to Portland towards the end of June and want more, more, more. Is it hard to find? It looks like the bottle shop (One Drop) where I found it is now out of business.
