Dammit. went on Thursday afternoon to the brewery , had an excellent meal and then could only get one can of Sticky no Feme de Ville either. Was told to go to the taproom at some other place. Oh well.

That really surprises me. They make so much of it now, and so regularly, I can't remember the last time I didn't see it at the usual haunts down in Eugene (sticky hands that is).

How do people feel about the peach punch ? I really liked, well worth the drive from Eugene .

I liked it a lot. Although I like Juice Box and Whole Melon from GN better.

I'm enjoying the Peach Punch quite a bit! Definitely not the best I've had from either brewery, but worth the trip without a doubt.

By the way, I'm curious what the limit was at Block 15? I decided to pick mine up at GN and they had a 1 four pack per person limit. Just curious if I made the wrong decision when I headed North out of Salem instead of South.

one case per person. So 4 of the four pack

Thanks for the feedback. I wonder the reason for such a large difference in limits. Because they used Block 15's canning line maybe?

It was (is?) actually six 4-packs at B15.

This is Block 15's batch that they brewed in Corvallis.

    You're killing me, man.

So they did separate batches? Are you saying that Great Notion brewed the beer that would be available at their brewery and Block 15 did the same at their brewery? If this is the case, how did GN get theirs into cans?

I assumed that this beer was all brewed in Corvallis since Block 15 has the canning line and GN does not (as far as I know). By the way, I'm not really upset about only getting 1 four pack ... more curious than anything. I'll only be drinking one or two anyways ... the others will be given away to friends that haven't had a chance to try it yet. I wasn't even aware that GN was going to have 4 packs of Peach Punch available that day, especially since they just did a 'release party' for this beer a few weeks earlier for crowlers which people lined up for (and I did not attend). Just got lucky on this random trip to the brewery.

It sounded like that initial batch from a few weeks ago was brewed at GN. This recent canned batch was made at Block 15 and they shipped some cans up GN for sale.

Yes, two batches. The first batch was brewed at Great Notion with Block 15. That batch was draft only and they limited it to 100 crowlers of it. The second batch was brewed at Block 15, and that's the cans that are now being sold. The Block 15 batch is what's on draft at GN and other places around the area. The first batch is long gone.

Well that makes sense. Also logical why the limit was much smaller at GN. I'm thankful they had cans available to go at all. Thanks to you both!

The hostess I chatted with at Great Notion on Sunday afternoon mentioned that Peach Punch cans would be appearing through distribution "soon," but couldn't name a date.

Imperial, Brewed Oregon, Belmont station, and many others have limited cans and have it on draft.

Having it again, I maintain that Juice Box and Whole Melon are better. But Peach Punch is certainly delicious
