The Bruery RS/HS Allocations (2022)

Excited for a new year as well! Surprised no mention yet that prices look to be up? $35 is the new $33? Inflation is a BI@+CH! Happy New Year, everyone!

 

Woof. I hadn't noticed that... Possible though that it's more an upcharge for prior years, which they do do sometimes. Guess we'll find out when the new stuff comes next week.

 

Has anyone else been refreshing the 2021 page the last few days and wondering why it's been so quiet? Just me? ha

 

Anybody having issues getting responses from the good folks at the society? Shot them an e-mail a few days ago about an issue with the pick up my trustee did a few days ago and I haven't gotten a response. It isn't the first time I haven't gotten a reply after replying to an order e-mail though but it's disappointing.

 

Was the reply to address the regular society email or a weird e-commerce address that maybe doesn't get checked?

Also, I assume they're backlogged with people being on vacation, or quarentined. And probably processing a lot of end of year requests. I think that's why January allocations get done second week of January now.
Not to say I wouldn't be disappointed too.

Recently I’ve noticed it may take a couple of days but they are always reliable in returning messages for me. Nice squad of people there!

 

I'm curious if the anniversary party is going to be going on this year or not.

 

For those who wanted a different replacement option for W.Chocolate, what where the options?

 

They defaulted to replacing with BT. I asked if they could swap my two bottles for a BTGR and a Thr3e, since both were the exact same price as the BT ($33) and also in current allocations. They kindly did that for me, and it was a painless process.

 

I asked for a pair of BirneSnap (also same price) and they said yes, but haven't processed yet.

 

Yeah I'm waiting on a response as well as they got my Hoarder's preference mixed up in the welcome letter. Figured I was going to wait till next Monday for a reply.

 

Similar to the last 2. Requested bottles $4$ that I knew they had in stock. Not sure what they have in back, but not on website.

 

I’d be interested in swapping a Thr3e for the replacement BT. I didn’t know that was possible…

 

They "swapped" mine out no problems at all. But instead of swapping they gave a store credit code I can use at checkout.

Looks like 2021 member glassware is in our cellar now...I don't need more glassware but damn if they aren't good looking in the pic. May be worth making space for after all!

 

@iLoveDonuts or @APCreative_ for shipping the Hoarder glassware, should we really get a separate merch shipper, or should it be safe slotting them into a 12 bottle shipper instead of two beers?

 

I'd like to know this, as well. I also don't need anymore glassware but those new Hoarder's glasses are sweeeet!! For those I'll toss out a couple of old ones.
