Looks like there are going to be a lot of outside the Bruery options for this event. I'm really looking forward to it. I think the only challenge is how to limit myself to 2 tasters/hour. See ya there!

I'm not sure if I can't find it or there is just no such thread for this year's Anniversary. I just got the email from Bruery about the guest breweries that got me really excited about the event. I'm wondering what is Rare Barrel bringing to the event

    Here's the list btw:

Crap, I didn't think about this. Can you buy more tasters? I'm a lush, not sure this will do.

I messaged them on FB and got a response (hopefully it was not a secret )

"[...]but probably Fields Forever, Consigliere, and or Egregious."

I think you cannot buy extra tasters :slight_frown: I wish....

This is not a complaint, but since it's a 5 hour long festival (which is somewhere in the area timewise of FWIBF), it would be cool if they rented out a block at nearby hotels and had a rate that included rooms or something and ran a shuttle and had an increased taster amount. Especially since Oakquinox is 4 hours long and has 15 tasters per ticket.

I always thought going for more than 10 tasters was suicide when it was 10 mostly 10%+ Bruery beers. With that lineup it would be a shame not to get to buy a couple extra tasters.

I agree. A lot of the other breweries at are coming make stuff that is delicious at under 8-10% percent of which I'd love to be able to get pours.

Also last year it seemed like they had a lot of stuff left over. Does anybody know what they do with all the half full kegs? Do they just put them on in the tasting room?

@mattolesh So any word if we can get more tasters? or even purchase more? 20+ Breweries including Bruery and 10 tasters will make me and many people sad :slight_frown:

10 is way too low with the number of guest taps.

It would be nice if you had 10 tasters for the Bruery beers (always found that to be pretty sufficient at the Anniversary parties), but that the guest tasters were done separately somehow, maybe 5 guest tasters? Ultimately it all depends on what there bringing - is it Red Barn or Cheer?

Interesting move - couple years back they invited their 4 collaborators for the year, but I kinda thought last year they skipped it because it seemed like people kinda ignored the other breweries. This is taking it to whole other level though. And then no mention of it till now - curious, The Bruery is full of surprises.

Honestly disappointed by the number of other breweries that are going to be there. It makes me feel like they will be short on the number of their own beers there. My favorite part of this party is taking friends and getting them to try a wide range of Bruery beers. If their offerings come up short because they invited too many others, that'll be sad.

Looking forward to it. At the barrel aged party, my group had 40 tickets between us and we were struggling to use them all after it was said and done.

Looking to have a good time. Soooo, who's going to start up talk about bottle shares at an event with a metric ton of beer.
