There a many comments in this thread about it. My bottle was 1/3 puree. Some bottles are like that, some are not, evidently.

All of the posts I've seen about puree in bottles were about Filmishmish, I'm asking about Tumescence.

Haven't had problems with either Filmishmish or Tumescence. Opened a couple bottles of each and didn't get any sediment.

Side note, the embroidery pick up deal this weekend was great. Vertical of the anniversary ales, minus Papier but plus Sucre, and we got to drink them in the brewery with zero crowd. Wish they could do stuff like that more often.

Funny she said it tasted like vomit. I've had friends try numerous different apricot sours/lambics and the most common response is 'tastes like vomit'. Especially when I busted out a Cascade Noyaux

The best is when I let her try CR and BCBS on two different occasions. The verdict: "taste like soy sauce".....

I think the main problem is how they handle the ordering/cashier. You can only order from one spot and the line moves terribly slow. You should be able to order from the any seat at the bar, just like a normal bar. Then the cashier in the middle would just be another place to order.

I do like the idea of RS/HS only tasting room hours. I bet it would pay for itself in no time - there are definitely weekend days where I toy with the idea of heading to the tasting room but ultimately decide not to due to the lines.

Once you start a tab at the main register, you can typically order other beers from the bar if it's not crazy busy at the register. The thing that kind of irritates me is that the Society coordinator just kind of sits at that corner even when nobody is waiting over there. I feel like they should help the beertenders serve or work register.

I know that a reason for speed is limited register/point-of-sale space, but with Square and other iPad based credit card terminal services, there isn't a reason they could have two other point of sale tablet devices to help speed up service. That way, you could even have an employee checking in with tables and making beer runs.

Basically, there are multiple methods that they could employ to help speed up service and make customers happier. I just hope they start exploring them to alleviate what most consider to be the largest pain of visiting the tasting room.

Just logged into Bruery's website and currently there is a cellar sale with bottles of Beauregarde, Bottleworks XII and SitR w/Kumquats. 1 bottle limit for Reserve, 2 bottle limit for Hoarders. Not sure if everyone knew this or if it was previously announced.

I think the 1000 tasters served each day slow the system down. Maybe take the order, give out a number, and serve at table or call when ready for pickup.

I see Tripel Tonnellerie is up for Preservation members.

Any idea on when the next round of RS/HS allocations start?

I found the new taster order form to be a great idea (lists all beers, you put a check mark in a box next to the 5 you want), assuming that the taps are arranged to match, that should speed things up a lot. I have to say I love that they let you build your own flights. I could personally wait a little longer to have that benifit. They could make a flight/ taster line and no taster line (or limit to 1)?

Just placed an order for each of the cellar sale beers. Can't wait to try SITR side by side with SITRwK

I think that's the date the Preservation (at least) sets will be ready for pickup. Seems like the RS/HS allocations have been starting on the first of the month, so I'd expect to see them up tomorrow.

The email blast this morning said April 7 and there's a few archived beers for sale until that time.
