No official word yet. I'm assuming that if there's another e-mail about more April allocations that more information will be available in that e-mail.

I particularly enjoyed learning about how to create an "elegant" e-mail in a few simple steps.

Is this a recommended combo (CR and GM)? Is BT and WC a solid black and tan combination? Any other Bruery beer mixing suggested? Also, where did that label come from?!

I can't imagine a BT/WC combination being good at all. Have you done this? Sounds like a mess.

I haven't done it, but have a couple buddies who tried this and said it was pretty tasty. I wouldn't say I'm in the rare here, but I actually love WC. I also feel that sometimes BT comes off as too hot and could benefit from the wheatwine infusion. 'Hot' being a pretty relative term when dealing with beers that are all 14%+.

CR/GM is awesome. I would try GM with the 2012 WC but I never had an opportunity.

I mostly blend Bruery beers with other breweries, though.

BT cut with a drier, low abv stout.

A splash of Prairie Somewhere added to any of the Bruery sours brings up the funk to more interesting levels for me.

You think Melange #3 with more chocolate flavor would be a mess?

Put it another way, if you made Melange #3 but used Chocolate Rain instead of Black Tuesday would you say the same thing?

Put it another another way, would you say Chocolate Rain plus White Oak would be a mess?

I'm confused, these all sound delicious

    Incorrect.
Owners of llc, like cedar fair get a schedule k for taxes. They are considered partners. They do get profit share.

I did a mix day after thanksgiving dinner with GM and CR. Played with several different ratios and really liked a 2GM:1CR mix and a 3GM:2CR mix and named the experiment after the Ferrero Rocher bites that pop up around xmas in gold foil. Shame the allocation #s have usually been the other way around, a GM heavy mix of just about anything would likely be great.

    Not sure if serious but...
Ive pretty much given up drinking BT straight actually
I pour in sours or i pour BT into more adjunct -flavorful but less boosy stouts (stouts with coffee, choc, fruit etc)
BT and Fruet turned out to be a waste of Fruet so i didnt try it with Bois (through Fruet was better than Bois so i dunno....)
I had 120 and BT that was nasty,..but i sortof genrally think the black n tan idea produces a resultant which is usually worse than both beers used for the combination
BT with coconut in the coffee press was good.

WC and BT was amazing when i did it last year

Yeah I was going to say. Unless I had them both in front of me, I would have trouble distinguishing between the two. I thought it was good though.
