Check out the flexible shipper listing under merchandise. It tells you the method and order in which they ship your bottles using those shippers.

I have no problems finishing a high ABV bottle by myself over 3-4 nights. Sours usually last 2 nights although Cherry Oude Tart seems to disappear in a single night unless it's opened along side of BT.
But maybe I drink too much too

So do you know if its just a new batch that came out better, or different recipe? Maybe a little of both?

I'm sure it is a new batch. Don't know if it is a different recipe but from the taste, it is a different outcome.

I figure I will drink one soon so I can decide if and or how many extra bottles I want to buy.

Go to the tasting room and drink it on tap. I did last night, it was delicious to say the least

You can also buy a bottle stopper in The Bruery tasting room for around $5. It's the same kind they use there when they are pouring tastes from beers they have in bottles but not on draft.

how does this years compare to the other years of CR? I had 2012 and 2013 over the holidays, freaking loved it.

Remember when the Bruery ran that social media/FB-like site? What ever happened to that.

It seems that very few of us actually used it, not even The Bruery themselves (FB was often much more up to date). I am guessing it didn't make sense for them to pay for the cost of the site, however small. Great idea with poor execution, imo.

SitR hits nationwide distro, CR doesn't. If you aren't maxing on the RS exclusives don't spend money on beer that will hit shelves.

Why buy beer off a shelf when you can get it at a much lower price through the RS?

Depends on whether you have to ship or not. You come out slightly ahead if you maximize orders and only do 12-bottle shippers, but not by a ton. A little better in Hoarders than Reserve on this front.
