The Collective Brewing Project is closing its doors indefinitely

very suprised to hear about their closing. Their beers were excellent and their space was one of my Texas favorites.

 

That is absolutely heartbreaking. Ive had so many great moments there.

 

This is a bummer. I enjoyed their beers.

As a side note... It seems like a lot of wild ale or primarily saison/wild ale-producing breweries are struggling as the style has fallen out of favor in the last few years. High-price and low abv is a harder sell now.

 

RIP my favorite Ramen beer.

 

Saw some bottles on the shelf at Central Market. Still have a few fruited Petite Goldens on hand. I will cherish them.

 

I still see some of their beers on the shelf, going to come up again for Hop Jam this year, let me know which one it is and I will try and find it for you

Wow, sad to hear that. We lucked upon it last year, but this year planning it and sure as hell not flying out on Sunday like we did last time. Also not going to stay at Orphas until almost 3:30 in the morning the night before

 

Yeah, I was just in Tulsa a couple weeks ago brewing a beer with Cabin Boys and so I'll be back soon to try it. 3 Tulsa trips in 5 months seemed excessive.
