Have access to a a lot of these fresh bottles from Olde Hickory as I live in Charlotte. Any experience on aging these guys?

'11 is not its best right now IMO...don't know if that is bc of the batch or the age. Tough to say since I've only had three vintages. Heard from a buddy that '10 is outstanding at present, and the new batch is also excellent right out of the gate. I'd say drink some and save some. It's really smooth and delicious fresh, so I'll probably end up drinking all of mine.

I've not had the '11 in a while, but when the '11 came out it was good and I had several '10s with a year on them at the time that were delicious. Still have one bottle of the '10 that I'm considering opening up this year or next with a full vertical. I imagine the '10 is still fantastic.

So I cracked one of my '11 bottles and it definitely doesn't seem to be holding up as well as the '10 did at this time last year. Each year's is a little different and I think '11 was probably the weakest fresh as well. It's far from bad, but definitely not on par with the two other years.
