The First Beer You've "Aged"

    2013 Bell's Third Coast Old Ale and Expedition Stout. After our first visit to the Eccentric Cafe that fall, it was a must to have those two in the cellar first. It's been tempting to pop the top on one to see how they're doing, but there are plenty more to get through before I bust either case open. It's great to read the reviews to see what others think of these as we wait.

    DFH 120 and WWS both at the same time. That was nearly 4 years ago now and still going strong. Haven't decided when I'll crack those open but at least would like to get some more age on them.

    Grimm Brothers The Count was the first beer I purposefully aged. Turned out great.
