    In keeping with tradition I'd have to start them off with something from Bells... Solsun (aka Oberon, as it's now called), Two Hearted or the Cherry Stout. Pretty sure I started out with Solsun and tried the Cherry Stout soon thereafter.

    The Champagne of beers of course. One cannot start out on the good stuff, it would ruin the whole journey. Plus High Life is still the shit!
