I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or if you haven't had BCBS

No beer is worth camping out overnight for. At this point, I don't think I would ever wait in line longer than an hour for a beer. Too many great beers readily available that require no line waits.

Will City Beer be making their own price or will GI be giving them the price to charge?

I can't think of any product worth camping overnight for. That's just insanity. I always knew the day would come when overnight campers would invade the beer world. I was hoping it was still a few years off... I guess I was being optimistic.

BASS 2011, although that clusterfuck begat Alesmith's use of BrownPaperTickets, so at least some good came of it. Now if only the rest of the beer industry would catch up with them.

Where is this info at ? Was curious as well what the allotments and price would be for Rare, Vanilla, cherry, and King Henry.

What I am scared of. City Beer Store isn't known for their good prices on beer, so I was hoping GI would set the price point.

I was just effing around with price, I have no clue, too rich and limited for me.

Out of the Park Pizza in Anaheim Hills is having a Goose Island tap takeover. Among the beers being poured are BCBS, BCBCS, BC Barley Wine, BC Backyard Rye, the sisters, and a bunch more. 22 beers total. They open at 11am.

If city beer sets the price it will most likely be outrageous. They were charging $90 for Lou peep this past summer, the last time I went there

You guys really think any of these will be a deal to take to go? That is comical. We are talking about City Beer Store here. My guess is $150-200 for Rare. Scale down there for rarity. Waiting in line for 10+ hours is laughable. Good luck.

Glad I got to try Rare at one of the Goose Island Invasion Week events. Good but definitely not worth waiting in line for or paying an exorbitant amount for. Way overhyped (but then most beers in that rarity range probably are).

Agree with this. Only hope is that since this is on Goose Island's site as one of their 4 official release parties, that its goose that sets the price. Good luck to those that go camp out.
