There's still over 300+ people queueing up.

 

Well, now to set myself up for MoRE disappointment by checking my email every 5 minutes for a Mehndi email that will never come...

 

please someone just officially call it sold out....

 

I planned on going Friday, anyways, and this was all just for convenience. See whoever didn't get one in line then. Lol.

 

This website is trash. How do you get kicked out of a queue when you're 1st in line, and then are allowed to jump in again? Why get kicked at all if there are still tickets out there? Hope HA doesn't use these guys next year...

 

I had still wanted to get a couple more bottles of regular, so now I'm trying to decide when I can get there on Friday after the line has died down to a reasonable amount. I'm thinking I go to the taproom right away for lunch and then check out the line after a bit.

 

Yeah, it seems like it would make more sense to give a message to the person who is 1st in line:

"All tickets are currently in other people's carts, if they do not complete checkout within 15 minutes those tickets will become available. You can wait, or give up your spot in line"

Then you would just have to sit there until the next ticket becomes available.

 

Wasn't this exactly what happened last year with Brownpaperbag w/Big Hugs last year? Seems like there's just too many people who want this vs. what they have.

 

It gets chalked up to poorly-written logic that works with ticket sales that don't pound the shit out of their servers the second the tickets go on sale. I wonder if any other big releases like this have used Ticket Leap before?

 

Apparently still not sold out according to HA twitter...

Over an hour... and the system they used is so terrible that they haven't sold 300 yet. That's insane.

This, basically. The way it's coded (I'm guessing) is not set up to properly prioritize, which really fucks people over. I'm totally fine missing out on F5 wars, but if you're in a queue, the queue should fucking work right.

Right. Thats the issue here. The Q is broken. It should just hold everyone in line untill theya re sold out. Also. When it says it sold out they should actually be sold out.
