Below is a very interesting video documentary about the subject line statement: The hops that built craft beer.

I find this video documentary very interesting on many levels:

    · The video was conducted in Britain with a British craft brewery (Siren Craft Brews) being the center piece of the video

    · Siren brewed using 5 hops that they think are “the hops that built craft beer”.

Prior to watching the video, I wrote down on a piece of paper my guess on which hop varieties that Darron Anley of Siren Craft Brews selected as being the progenitor of craft brewing. I would encourage others to do the same.

I am proud to say that I was 5 for 5 here. Hopefully others will as well.

The video then transitions to content in America and early craft brewing with the last half of the video being a return to Siren brewing their ‘homage’ beers.

    Cheers!

P.S. It is a lengthy video and well worth the view IMO but you can get the ‘answer’ by just watching the first few minutes of the video.

Really good, I wasn't wrong about what hop they would talk about first. I'll definitely watch the rest tonight.
