Boise just got Bomb! and I am thankful.

If you guys ever trade with a Boise person, see if they can hook you up with Sockeye BA Seven Devils.

It was in cans the last 2x years, but this year in corked 750's. Both are great, but the cans are fantastic.

Except for some of the rarer stuff that Lewis Bros gets in, the Corning Wegman's easily has the best beer selection around, at least within 45 minutes of Horseheads.

imo there is no better Imperial Stout than Bells Expedition, with 2-3 yrs on it

Drinking a KDS right now, but you know, it's from Washington, so it's terrible.

Whenever I feel like a classic Imperial stout, my usual go-to would be either Old Rasputin or Narwhal, maybe Bell's Expedition once in a while.

Still hard to beat Peche Mortel by DDC, by far one of the best priced Imperial Stouts out there. I love a good $20+ barrel aged bomber, but damn I appreciate a $5 twelve ounce bottle of this beer.

May I ask where? I checked the website like 2 hours after the stated release and it looked like it was already sold out.

Oh, just the regular stuff, not the reserve. I found bottles in Bacchanalia in Cambridge.

Don't sleep on Otter Creek Russian imperial Stout - very tasty yet doesn't get any love round here.

Love Plead the 5th with a year on it, so damn tasty. Just wish my local shop hadn't jacked the price up by 35%

If my picture didn't give it away, Avery's Uncle Jacob's Stout is possibly the best beer I've had, and more "imperial" than most of the stuff on this list. Definitely a luxury buy, but a couple times a year, totally worth it!

Peche Mortel isn't barrel aged, is it?

Speedway is definitely my favorite. Dark truth stout is incredible and gets almost no hype.
