***Brewer's note on the bottle release: At The Livery, we have traditonally bottle conditioned all of our bourbon barrel aged beers. Specifically, Bourbon Barrel Aged Trippel Weizenbock. We have seen mixed results in the past due to the delicate nature of the beer. Moving forward, we will be putting a carbonated beverage into the bottle at all future releases. This is in regards to our "bourbon barrel aged" beers. The "barrel aged sour" portion of our program will remain wild in nature and we will continue to bottle condition those beers when released. (ala Slow Peach) Thanks for your continued interest in our barrel program!

    Entertainment:

    Friday, December 9th - The Go Rounds - 9 PM - FREE!
Saturday, December 10th - The Undertakers Blues Band - 8 PM - FREE!

STAY TUNED FOR MORE DETAILS TO BE ANNOUNCED!!!

Glad to be a conversation starter. Barring a winter storm, I will be there.

    Week of the event!

Did a little QC last night on the Bourbon Barrel Aged Trippel Weizenbock! Pours thick and oily with a very nice head.... and drinks incredibly smooth for 16% ABV!

We will reserve further comment until after you all can taste this beauty for yourselves!

Look forward to seeing everyone this weekend, cheers!

Firkins aside, will the tap list be available both Friday and Saturday?

Yes, the tap list will be available starting today at 11 AM and will run through the weekend, as long as the beers last. A portion will remain on tap throughout the rest of the month.

Look forward to kicking things off today!

I stopped in a little after pub opened, and man there were some solid brews on tap. If I didn't need to make it home, i would probably still be drinking. BA Triple Weizenbock is so good. Well done Livery!
