So... if the next round of the locals were to start signups soon, and have an end-of-june shipping window... would I be losing too many people to other BIFs (namely 12 days of summer?)

You'd probably lose some folks, but I also think that you'd certainly have enough to run a "small round" (with both fewer people and a lower ounce limit - sort of what the summer sixer and winter sixer were originally intended to be). Personally, if I hadn't sent 80-something pounds as part of this north-south battle, I'd be up for anything; as it is I would have a hard time saying no to anything in this group, but think something on a smaller scale might work better. Concern about quantities and cost have come up on multiple occasions in the past, with a lot of our more prolific shippers (I would assume) participating in the 12 days, this might work out well for everyone.

 

Can't like this enough.
