Get that Vanilla Noir into the fridge STAT. There are possible infection issues with that beer, so the less time it spends at room temp, the less chance the bugs have to take over.

 

thats pretty awesome its only been 3 days. it if werent for fedex/ups notifications, you all would probably all be curled up in the fetal position until tomorrow . that said, i regret to inform you that youre incorrect. it would sit at #9...we have one going thats sitting at 63 pages right now.

In retrospect trying to chug a 40 of OE was a bad choice.

Went in the fridge right away. Had one a few months ago and it was infected, but I have heard mixed reports. I'm hoping for gold on this one!

 

And that doesn't include the combined 10 pages from the two threads that preceded the 63-pager (the group didn't fit in one thread until those unable to participate had dropped out)

 

Yeah apparently only so many of the bottles have a problem, and plenty are perfectly fine; best not to take chances though. I had a small sample on tap in Houston a year ago and it is an incredible beer sans infection!

 

Well I, for one, am very embarrassed, saddened, and just overall pissed off at the behavior of my fellow Locals handling of this situation. It is complete bullshit and they are fucking heathens...............
