I think I'm done with the letters for a while. I've looked at the CFA but no way, in the immediate future anyway.

Yeah really -- I can see squeezing 2 cans in one slot, but I'm assuming the other can and the glass were together?

 

As of this moment I'm at 243; 35 of which are currently refrigerated; probably 6 are time sensitive and it might be too late for one of them

You know Seth, as I sat there eating my sandwich and drinking my beer two thoughts kept entering my mind. The first was as a business owner I would appreciate the heads up from another business owner if they knew something that I should be aware of. I'm friendly enough with Al that I'd appreciate that kind of heads up.

The other part of me says as a business owner I know what's best for my business and am often so thick headed that I hate others telling me what's best for me.

I'll probably mull it over another couple of days. I mean I'm all for second chances for people, as I was given one as a youth. It's really a tough decision to make IMO.

 

Once a thief.... Just would hate to see it happen again especially to another establishment that means something to you (albeit significantly less than your own business)

 

I'm working on mine. Unfortunately I have a decent amount of stuff in there that just shouldn't have been aged. Until I got a better system (involving a spreadsheet of course) I routinely lost track of what was where... Just went through and pulled all the IPA that was sitting around and shouldn't have been which hopefully will help. I took two bottles of OHB Redeemer from 2013 with me to an IPA/Double IPA Bottle Share; was quite... interesting. Still decent, but a bit of a malty mess by now.

 

Yep, two cans in one slot, one can and a glass in another slot.

 

Thanks for mentioning this, I doubt I'll be able to go at 5pm on a weekday, but having not had a chance to do any beer locations on my trip this week, it's tempting to try to check this out.... especially if as many Locals as it seems are trying to be there... that'd be pretty awesome.
