No long story short, I hauled most of the beer that @whyteboy003 shipped for my Birthday BIF, and as many of you know, of your not use to "craft beer",especially very tasty stuff like someone like @whyteboy003 will send, you'll tend to drink more than you realize. Than add all the beer that he sends and its a recipe for madness. A friend was a little too friendly with everyone else for his wives liking. She actually asked my wife to drive him home.

But its all good, we have a very closed tight circle of friends, and no real damage was done. We all take turns getting hammered one or two at time at our parties, for the BBQ a day before my birthday myself and my friend took our turn. Sunday, my wife and his wife took their turn, as we almost had to carry them to the car. Last year I had whats know as the moscow mule incident, and a couple years ago we had a martini issue at a NYE party.

 

It definetly was a great day. And will lead to more great days! And yea, my mom absolutely deserved those flowers but now she'll be expecting them every Friday!

So for those of you in my Baby LIF...had a doctor's appointment today and my wife can go into labor at any moment now! If my daughter is born in the next couple of days, the All-Star game picks go in effect. After last night's homerun derby, @NickyPogs and @Mikexw are tied for the lead.

 

Honestly, I can't tell the moscow mule incident cause after two sips I blacked out. Our host didn't really know how to make the drinks properly I got one that was A. too strong not enough ginger soda, or B had a date **** drug mixed into it. My wife from time to time tells more about what I said during the period of I time I can't remember, and all I can compare it to is SNL drunk uncle. Sorry wish I knew more but I don't.

Being a Sam Adams product, I'd naturally assume it should be pretty widely available... I'll certainly keep my eye out but I'd be surprised if you didn't find it on your own shelves at some point.

 

I thought the same thing but the person asking for it said AO has never sold any of their large format bottles in PA since they started making them in 2012, not that I would buy them but I've yet to see one.

 

I will look we have a lot of random AO bottles here.


If you are super into cider tho def trade for citizens or I will grab some when I am up. It's amazing!

 

Could be both. I was at a Sucre variant tasting last summer out in Portland right before going to the airport to go home. I blacked out in Portland, woke up in Charlotte. Still say I got roofied (wife isn't buying it).
