    I can't stand all this improper shotgunning technique. Hold the can upside down/at an angle when you're making the hole so that you don't lose too much beer! Create an air bubble in the corner you are stabbing.

    I just got the text informing me of this challenge. I will absolutely be present, may even run with him - shirtless and in ranger panties of course - for moral support (and to make him look bad haha)

    Lmao the beer drinking would probably be easier for me than the run itself! I tore the labrum in my right hip about a year ago and haven't run since.

    First #VBS in awhile. Thought I'd share the view. I'm on vacation down in Rhode Island, fresh off a pit stop at Proclamation Ale Co., which brewed this dark, hoppy, session named Dark Sprout. The description from the brewery: "This beer was designed to be a mindf@ck." And so it is. It's the color of brackish water, but it tastes damn good!
