Already have you on the list. Good news is the shipping window is after your weight loss LIF ends!

We had 14, one dropped out. I found someone (@lefty17) to fill that spot, however, we have one other that isn't sure if he can still do it, so would be nice to have at least one more person on 'stand-by' so we don't end up with an odd number.

@PG2G Good luck with your journey! Seems like I was un your shoes just this past April. I was up to 200 which I usually bounced in between 185 -190 and I was facing beach vacation with the family looking 4 months pregnant lol and wanted a "beach body"
So I wanted to pass along some advice my good buddy, who is a nutritionist I work with. Besides of course eating right he told me no bread, not cards just no bread, Burpee's gradually getting to 30 a day and run with a trash bag and long sleeve making sure you drink close to a gallon of water. I usually ran about a mile or 2 a day But these three things, in a 2 months span I lost 13 pounds.

Anyway it's fun wants you get going but temptation is a mf! Plan your meals ahead and also good luck with trying to cut down on beer consumption. That's something I haven't got right.

I'll pm you with my answer but thinking 11.5lbs
    Cheers

cc @PG2G Since we're tossing things out there that have worked for us, I'll toss out what I've done in the past. Granted I have a lot more to start with so losing weight is easier, but these are the 4 things I did last time I dropped a decent amount of weight:
    1) No desserts. Period.
    2) Don't eat like an asshole.
    3) Don't drink like an asshole.
    4) Work out. At least 3 times a week, 4 times is better. Something that has you sweating for at least 30-45 minutes.

There's a lot of other things you can do, but at least for me that was all that was needed. But I hate it for you guys starting out around 200, things are probably a bit more difficult down in that range

I don't get an IPA out of this at all. Not sure when this batch was bottled, though it does say to enjoy by September. To me it pretty much tastes like a Tripel, though the description doesn't make that surprising "Our fourth batch (MP04), delivers a robust wheat flavor combined with juicy hops and complex spiciness. Belgian fermentation character joins these flavors to create a deliciously intriguing brew that invites you to Taste Victory!". Not very good.

208.5lbs. And good luck! I once lost around 55lbs. It's all about the day-to-day.

An excellent box with several exciting bottles and chocked full of wants. In case someone didn't catch on, we sent each other bottles of Big Bad Baptist. Great minds and everything. Thanks!

Pretty sure this one is courtesy of @UcDru (though I could be wrong... hard to keep track anymore). Been sitting in my fridge for a bit (about a month or so) but this is still damn good, exactly what I wanted after that.... non-IPA of an IPA

Glad to see it all made it safely.

In case you didn't already know, the Bishops Barrel #6 is the rum barrel aged Pumpkinator. BB6 was on your wants so I included the pumpkinator so that you could do a side by side with the base beer.
