    My bad! I am joining from the Summer Newbie BIF but I've yet to send beer to the Locals as a BIF or LIF. Plotting something soon once a couple boxes land and are received in the Newbie group. Got too excited about guessing. Between excitement and trying to catch up on 10 pages worth of posts from the weekend, I missed a couple things and am making a fool of myself.

    @Dave_Treat provided me with some BCBS recently. Yesterday I went and bought a Madagascar vanilla bean, sliced it open and dropped it into a bottle and recapped. I know many of you guys infuse your beer but it's my first foray and damn is it amazing.

    #VBS for flyers home opener! Very standard red/amber, but a good amount of vanilla on the finish. Very weird beer.
