No, that's ok, just set the bar WAY higher than anything in the box I sent you

Seriously though, I keep hearing how great that beer is and cannot wait for an opportunity to try it that I hope will eventually happen.

Oh my god, what the hell!? Which one of you sexy PA ladies sent me this box??

Pizza Boy - Bean Dream - Bottle #2! Twice as much to share with my friends!
Pizza Boy - Simcoe Samurye - This sounds delicious. I love Simcoe hops, so I imagine I'm going to love this beer.
Trillium - Fort Point Pale Ale - Wow! Want!!! And 32 ounces of it! Holy crap.
Sunny Side Up mug - This mug is awesome. I actually don't have any mug glassware, so this is really cool.

You guys are killing me with beer. This is unreal. Six boxes in four days, what the hell. I need to get on my game with these ninja boxes!

Came home from a party I stayed at last night to find out a bomb was dropped on my porch this morning -- family kindly brought it in, but left me to do the opening... it's all opened but I gotta figure out what goes with what picture wise... pr0n soon

I'm really sorry about the growler, it isn't Trillium's For Point Pale Ale (which is awesome btw) it is actually Pizza Boy's Sunny Side Up double coffee stout which is equally awesome IMO.

I saw you say you've been wanting to try Pizza Boy so I thought a little care package was in order. Enjoy!

That's gotta be @PA-Michigander, I recognize the Trillium growler I gave him

edit: beaten to the punch again, but at least I was right

AND - 3 weekends from now will be the 1st canning of Union Double Duckpin - so people better be ISO so the Crab Chip Ninja can strike

So first let me say that @I_BYE_MI_BEER absolutely KILLED it with this box. Being relatively new still to craft beer (I really started branching out and trying new things just over a year ago), it's exciting to get a bunch of stuff I just... don't recognize, mainly because I don't really go out of my way to research different breweries. That made it difficult to make a list of "wants", which is fine, because realistically in a BIF like this, I "want" ANYTHING!

So I got home today, and immediately saw these inside my door, but moved them to a better location (pardon the mess)

I immediately began digging into the box on the right first, then the left. I decided to get everything unpacked first, then get things together for pictures, so unfortunately I don't remember what was in which box... but it doesn't matter. On to the pr0n!

    Short's MMMKAY
    Short's Kind Ale
    Short's Key Lime Pie
    Strawberry Short's Cake
    Short's Wowee Zowee
All five of these I've never heard of. And that is awesome.

    Oddside Ales Citra Pale Ale
Oddside Ales How Now Brown Cow
    Oddside Ales El Dankerino
Oddside Ales Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Mayan Mocha -- has a '14 sticker on top
Again, never heard of any of these -- really interested in the El Dankerino and the Mayan Mocha, though.

    The cans!
    Right Brain CEO Stout
    Blackrocks 51K IPA
    Spiteful Bitter Biker DIPA
Half Acre Daisy Cutter Pale Ale
The Alchemist Heady Topper (PERMAWANT! Got 8 cans back in June that were quickly consumed and haven't had it since... this is going down tonight, if not earlier)
Westbrook Gose -- I feel like I've heard of this one.........
That bitter biker is probably one of the coolest looking cans I've seen.
    Wolverine State Massacre
Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout (Another permawant! Only got to try a small sample of this in June, and some fruit infused BCBS courtesy of @Lehighace06 a few weeks ago)
Arcadia Bourbon Barrel Aged Shipwreck Porter -- has a '13 sticker on top
    Griffin Claw Bourbon Imperial Pumpkin

    Breakside Passionfruit Sour Ale
    Off Color Fierce
Again, two I've never heard of -- but very excited to try. The Passionfruit Sour Ale has a '14 sticker on top

    Right Brain Mangalitsa Pig Porter
    Bell's The Oracle
    Kuhnhenn Simcoe Sillier
    New Glarus Thumbprint Oud Bruin
    Kuhnhenn TRIPA
    Pipeworks/Tired Hands MariLime Law
The only one of these I've heard of is the New Glarus. The pig porter sounds really interesting, though.[IMG]
Swag! Sanders Milk Chocolate Hot Fudge (excited to try this, though I feel my mom and sister will get to much more of it than I will). Kuhnhenn pint, some pins, stickers, a bunch of awesomeness.

Last but not least..... the family shot!

Again, thanks SO MUCH @I_BYE_MI_BEER for the insane box. The generosity I see in this community just from the small amount I've been here, just from seeing the hauls, attending my first "real" share, and now receiving my first box is just absolutely insane. I don't even know if I'll get through all of this by the time the next round comes along! But for now... I think a few of these beers need to get properly stored.

EDIT so on that note since so many of these are unfamiliar... any recommendations from people that HAVE had these? What should I try to drink ASAP? Things I should sit on? Things I should wait for a good time to share with some friends?

There are some damn good MI beers in that box. OddSide and Shorts fly under the radar on the national level but are awesome. That Sanders needs to be warmed up and put on top of some ice cream or a cream puff stat .

Fine, I guess I'll be the first ISO Double Duckpin. Somebody had to lay on the grenade. I plan on doing a LIF or a little ninja action here in the near future myself.

Yeah buddy, I had a pour of it at Pizza Boy while out there, but I neglected to bring back a growler of it, opting for only Hoptart 1.2... I've regretted that decision ever since, it's soooo damn good.

I will second this... that Passionfruit Sour is a freaking badass brew.... and I had no clue Kuhnhenn had bottled TRIPA ??? I thought DRIPA had never been bottled and was always brewery only.... why didn't they bottle that one first??

DRIPA >TRIPA. I would imagine once they finish the new production brewery DRIPA will make it into bottles.

I hope so... Just surprised they'd bottle TRIPA first since DRIPA is so highly regarded...
