I was at a friend's today sharing some Sweetwater and West 6th brews when he showed me this. Apparently, Three Floyds used to do growler fills.

Never knew it existed at some point.

 

Thank goodness for more teachers! If I tried to grade while drinking beers though, it would go poorly, so I tend not to do that.

 

Poorly... for whom?

 

Just as I was complaining yesterday that I was running out of the brews I brought to Canada with me... I walk into a store right in front of our hotel and....

 

Another teacher here! Grading and beer can work but I avoid high Abv.

 

Poorly for me trying to follow stuff... and the students trying to understand my notes. Math here, so feedback on work is nice for the students (though sometimes I can't give much feedback depending on how poor the work is)

I still try to avoid it, though right now I'm writing up a homework assignment and some class examples for a lesson that I already wrote and am doing tomorrow, so having a beer during this isn't too bad lol

 

Just checked in Impending Descent on untappd, and it recommends vanilla bean dark lord

Definitely an interesting twist to the other Eclipse stouts I've had - the rum barrel makes it sweeter and it has a fudge finish that's fantastic.
