You need a Double DBA! It's funny, I hated that beer when I first got into craft and now that it has been discontinued its one of my favorites :|

 

A little birdie told me recently that I might have a DDBA soon, which sounds awesome. I could help you hit some of the top 250, but its the easier to find stuff (Event Horizon, New Glarus sours, Big Bad Baptist). Let me know if that's of interest

 

Not a want, though I suppose it should be (I enjoy me some barleywines). FSW doesn't see distro in my immediate area, though 30 minutes south gets me there. I've only seen one of the "limited" releases in any of the shops I've wandered into (it was velvet merkin) and I didn't bother asking how much it was, because I was already spending more than I should have been at the time. Don't really have the funds right now to do a #pickitupformebro so I'll pass on this one though

I'm pretty sure I have a ddba that I'd be willing to part with, I'm on the road this week but can check.

I'm not parting with my Sucaba though, that beer is too damn good.

I traded my last Sucaba away and I am sad for doing so. DDBA is still on the shelves in one place or was a few weeks ago. FW 18 actually is the 1st box to hit a few of my local stores. Last few shipments, only 1 out of the 3 got a case. That store will sell out in less than a day.

 

Local liquor store pic, maybe in the near future I'll take a few photos around our local shop as a "Virtual you shop in my Local", winner picks 4 bottles you like and I'll send it out.

 

I sent my last Sucuba '14 in a BIF last year only to trade for one a week or so later...The things we do to for our targets....

 

I'm assuming the prices are pretty bad? That store owner isn't afraid to out out of distro stuff in the open haha. If prices aren't terrible let me know what shop it is

 

If you have pretty good access to the Rare Barrel stuff I would love to try to line a trade up for any of their offerings. I have only tried a bottle or two and been nothing short of impressed. If you are up for it shoot me a BM maybe we can make something work.
