@_RL_ Ok. I listened. Put the brewtus in the freezer for 20 minutes for a rapid cool. This is really good. Nice and rich. Coffee flavor is a little bitter at the back end. This not quite on par with my favorite coffee stouts (FBS and Terrapin WnB) but its pretty close behind. I'd drink this fairly regularly if it was in my distro. Thanks for sharing!

 

@Mikexw - Hope you enjoy the bombers, it felt nice shipping out a box with nothing smaller than a 16oz… Gotta love Bombers!

IPA HEAVEN in a box… The Lizards Mouth and the Barrelhouse IPA are the true locals I enjoy on a recurring basis. Hope you like them as much as I do. Had to throw in a Firestone Brew but wanted to get you something not so easy to get in your neck of the woods, Stickee was the way to go. Oh and the PB Belching Beaver is one of those brews you either love or hate, its reese's pieces in a bottle.

Again hope you enjoy these beers as much as I do in Cali.

 

Thanks, and I will let you know what I think of the PBBB -- I can think of worse things than Reese's Pieces. And I'm sure I'll enjoy the IPA's..

Also couldnt really find anything on the Bomb or bible belt "wax" colors so I was wondering what are the different wax colors I am guessing differeent batches but what color is what batch? I have a white bomb and bible belt wax but the picture for the bible belt shows green. Little help for the bomb/bible belt virgin

 

The white wax for both are the most recent ones to land here in Texas. Previously we saw orange and pink, and I know other states saw blue and no wax. I wanted to give you the freshest ones I had so you could really taste all the flavors before they mellowed out.

 

Excellent. It is chilling now and waiting for me to get home from work. Oh I went to a graduation party for my gf cousin this weekend also and one of her Aunts was there that is also big into beer and first thing she asked was what I had in the cooler today. Told her nothing but plan to share some of your fine beers with her and bond with the gf family over great beers.

 

I agree. It's not FBS but I think it is an excellent coffee stout, especially from such a small brewery.

 

Ok so I thought I knew who was my sender but the two guys I thought it could be are sending elsewhere. Now I'm really confused.

 

Totally agree... excellent coffee stout... got a lot better as it warmed too...

 

My daughter was sick yesterday so I didn't get to drop off my boxes until today. They should be arriving in the State with most amount of freshwater coastline on Friday.

 

Little by little working my Ohio beers I received, today victim is White Rajah, a great West Coast IPA type of beer.

I don't have my master list handy, but I think only 2 or 3 folks will be left to ship by this weekend. And so far I think I have been right on all but one sender, and forget who it was but it was the guy I thought was sending to @Tee2Grn so I can relate to the mass confusion.

 

Poor @Tee2Grn ... I'm not sure he has a sender...

I am pretty sure my original projection for you is still valid. Will double check my stuff in the morning though.

And FWIW I think we had originally said we would ship in the first half of June, so nobody's really even late yet.

 

Well, with some hard work tonight I have a box ready to ship tomorrow...

Some bad news:

1. I'm over the oz. limit.
2. The MI sour game is notoriously poor, therefore I'm sure my receiver won't mind the two sours in this box aren't local to me (Wisconsin and South Carolina).
3. I more than made up for the lack of sours with a substantial amount of stouts - overall box average of 4.09 ain't shabby either.
4. Prepare yo porch.
