If you're expanding this to lurkers, I'd love to join in the next round as well. I've been lurking since right after missing the NBO

 

I'm definitely in for the next "real" round, not sure about the summer 6 (unless we don't do it until August). I've still got most of my stuff from this BIF still to drink, plus other inventory to exhaust. But if you need somebody to run the summer one I can do it for you guys even if I'm not a participant.

And I actually PM'd our original head honcho -- he acknowledged he was running a little late due to unforeseen circumstances, but it sounds to me like it will end up being worth the wait for his target

 

Funny you say that so soon after someone compared this to SWTFYW, their OP (though still around now and then) is much less active than a fair number of the participants, including some that have joined after the first round was said and done (myself included).

 

I'm in for sure.

OK, since I'm actually been tracking interest and states represented in the sixer, I guess my subconscious is telling me I want to participate in this. So I guess I'm #18. And I have no problem letting _RL_ do this one and then getting involved in the next round if and when we have it.

 

Had a "Contraband Party" at my neighbors on Saturday where we had to all bring something not in distro. Not too hard for me considering recent BIFs. Here's an early fallen soldiers pic - there were many others but it was dark and I didn't get a shot. Several of these were from this BIF.

 

Think I'm gonna have to pass on the summer sixer, but I'll still lurk. Going to be out of town for a couple of weeks in July.

 

Wasn't thinking about vacation... .. but I'll be out of town July 4th-12th... so as long as I can work around that to send out my box... I'm still in

 

Nice little collection, I'm sure it paled in comparison to Dreadnaught, Pliny, PsuedoSue... but even Spotted Cow is a beer I really like.

 

One guy brought a 12 pack of Spotted Cow. I ended up with most of it in my cooler when I returned home. Not my favorite beer, but I'll drink it.

 

Nice, I mean, "really like" might be a little strong, but I never had a "cream ale" before that one so it was pretty interesting to me, and I could definitely pound a few of them without a problem.

 

Oh yeah, it's a good beer - I'm not a huge fan of the style but it is absolutely one of the representatives of it. It's the most common NG beer by a mile, I'd say most ever bar in 'Sconny if they're only going to have one or two craft taps that will be one of them.

Headed camping over in WI this weekend and I'll get my fill of NG including this...

 

I'm out of town for a week in August, but I think that as long as we keep the shipping window open/flexible and all communicate with our senders it shouldn't be an issue.
