My idea for the sixtercan was to ship out some carton/other local cans to the other side of the country. Even though Im not a fan of IPAs my friends are, they look forward to all the different IPAs Ive gotten from you guys and gal.

 

Well whether it's soon or not, you'll get your turn to do exactly that

 

Ah true, and totally forgot about Pizza Port. MT is going to start doing a seasonal can in addition to their regular offerings as well.

Maybe ill try in a future trip, too many boxes to send out already lol

Thanks for the tip ... I got error messages on three different devices and was very distraught! It is also worth mentioning that the banner you mentioned is one of a few that are cycled through, so it's not always there...

So it has been a hectic few days for a number of reasons, but other than having to do some stuff for work that should be done in about half an hour, the weekend has FINALLY started. And I finally cracked this...

In all honestly, I thought there was a decent chance I wouldn't like it at all -- I don't think I have ever rated a cream ale higher than a 3 on either BA or untappd. But this is absolutely amazing -- one of the best beers I have ever tasted. I love coffee, and typically order "regular coffee" exactly as they describe it, but I don't really think this is THAT similar to the real thing. But either way, this is DELICIOUS. I just have to be careful about how fast I drink it, because 32oz of 12% beer should last me until the Superbowl ends -- I'm guessing I kill this by the end of the first half.

I was SHOCKED at how good it was -- the 32oz growler cost me $20, and if the bar wasn't a place that treats their customers ridiculously well I might not have bought it. But I am completely blown away.

I actually have one other cream ale in inventory, that has moved up dramatically on my priority list based on this. I don't think this is a typical cream ale though. I think the closest analogy I can come up with is that it tastes like an alcoholic coffee milkshake.

 

I am going to check again about 45 minutes before kickoff and if I have another few inches I am going to do it again before the game. I don't really want to do it again after the game but I may have to. Definitely getting up early to do it before work. How much snow are you guys getting? I heard your in a blizzard warning.
