I have only cellar'ed the Lost Abbey Devotional Ale, and it came out great vs. drinking fresh (which I also recommend). Definitely brought the sour notes out, as I thought it would.

The question is, does anyone else recommend a TLA beer worth putting in the cellar?

I had an aged cuvée de tomme and really liked it. Even tho it's port brewing I love older viscosity aged or fresh (but not flat)

Judgement Day and Serpent's Stout taste very nice up to three years from my experience. Older Viscosity is definitely one to lay down too.

I'd definitely give Angel's Share a good bit of time.

Ditto all opinions regarding Judgment Day, and probably Lost and Found (albeit for a shorter period of time, <2 years).

Angel's Share, Deliverance, Red Poppy, DDG, and Cable Car are all cellarable.

I just drank an Agave Maria that I'd been cellaring for 6 months, didn't really see much change. still has the tequila bite.

2 year old Avant Garde is mind-blowing.

What about Veritas cellarable? Or better right off the bat.

Veritas is a different beer everytime so you probably wont get a good answer.

I have heard that many of the previous versions have aged well though.
