    Any thoughts on cellaring Odell's The Meddler? Should this develop over time? I've never aged an oud bruin before, but I figured the brett in it might make for an interesting transformation over the next year.

    Yes, will become more sour and well balanced over time. This style is one of the best to age, and I was particuarly impressed with this offering. Can't wait to see where a couple years puts this bad boy at. Go get a Duchesse.
