Any thoughts on cellaring Odell's The Meddler? Should this develop over time? I've never aged an oud bruin before, but I figured the brett in it might make for an interesting transformation over the next year. Thanks-
Yes, will become more sour and well balanced over time. This style is one of the best to age, and I was particuarly impressed with this offering. Can't wait to see where a couple years puts this bad boy at. Go get a Duchesse.
