I'm limiting this to pint or 12oz beers only, because when have you ever seen a bomber six pack?
    (in no particular order)
    1. BCBS 2. Jackie O's Champion Ground 3. Heady 4. BA Bomb! 5. Fatheads Hop Juju 6. Westy 12

    1) Hop Stoopid- Love a piney IPA with lots of malt.
    2) Korbinian- Liquid bread.
    3) Aventinus- It's like a peppery Hefe, delicious!
    4) Founders- Breakfast Stout. Start the day off right.
    5) Two Hearted- Good anytime.
    6) Boulder- Shake Chocolate Porter. Dessert in a glass.

Sticking with 12oz stuff I'd say:
    Unibroue La Fin Du Monde
    Sixpoint Resin
    Founders Breakfast Stout
    Weyerbacher Insanity
2 random beers I've never had before

Sorry. Six beers that define me haven't been brewed. Yet. But I did find three:

    Surly Cynic
May Hill Brewing Over the Hill [substitute PtE if this is not available]
    Greenbush Apathy

    But I would also need:
    Sarcasm Stout
    Overweight Ale
    Indigestion Pale Ale

    CheapHysterics and surfcaster like this.

    Old Rasputin- The dark side
Pizza Port Pick Six- The light side (and reminds me to get some pizza!)
    Celebrator Dopplebock- The sweet side
    Cascade Noyaux- The sour side
Alpine Pure Hoppiness- The bitter side (obviously)
    Westmalle Triple- The classic side

Tough to narrow it down, but I'll go with:

    Ayinger Celebrator
    Weihenstephaner Vitus
    Kasteel Donker
    Gulden Draak
    BCBS
    Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout

A tough one...but for now, the below list (with it's inherent limitations) can arguably sum up my beer life...
    1. Budweiser (youthful roots)
    2. Guinness Stout (my discovery that there is something very different and interesting besides Bud, Schlitz, Miller, Labatts, Moosehead, etc.)
    3. Ayinger Celebrator (I just love doppelbocks)
    4. Haand Bryggeriet Bestefar (and there's this thing I have about northern European beers)
    5. Bell's Two-Hearted Ale (it's a midwestern thing)
    6. Eske's Chili Beer (and there's the local/regional support thing, too)
And like any mix six, depending on availability, my choices definitely would change tomorrow, a week from now, next month, in another year...

    1. Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout - would pick this over all of the ubiquitous standard (Non-BA) impy stouts (FIS, Expedition, Yeti, etc.). Plus at $7.99 a 4/pack...:grinning:
    2. Deschutes Fresh Squeezed - first IPA that wowed me and led to such beers as Todd, NvU, GoneAway, etc...
    3. North Coast Scrimshaw - my favorite domestic Pils. Clean, clean, clean...
    4. Upland Wheat - developed a taste for this in college, triggered my search for better beers.
    5. Weihenstephaner Hefe - I don't drink Upland Wheat anymore.
    6. Busch Light - haven't had one sine I was 20, but I've consumed more of this than any other beer.

Anheuser Busch Bud Light - We all started somewhere. And I enjoyed drinking years before I began appreciating beer. Bud Light was the rocket fuel that propelled countless weekends down the Shore, all nighters in the East Village and a myriad of other youthful indiscretions.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA - The beer that sparked my love for craft brew.

Alpine Beer Company Hoppy Birthday - A beer that inspired a "pilgrimage". A road trip to drink beer that highlighted that beer can be so much more than liquid in a class, the journey, the people met along the way, those who you share the miles with . . .

Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin - I still think it is cool that BP was not too cool or complacent to tinker with a classic. "When you are green you grow. When you are ripe you rot."

Kane Brewing Co. Head High - I've long thought Bruce was the best my home state had to offer. But, KHH gives The Boss a run for his money. (Even though West Coast distribution is probably a long way off.)

Firestone Walker Brewing Co. Krieky Bones - A sour that opened my eyes to a new style and the fact that there are many untold chapters in my craft beer journey.
