Pipeworks Poivre Vert has to be up there in unique beers I have had - saison with celery, peppercorns and cucumber. Tasted like a salad dressing

Also El Bizarron from 5 Rabbit - Plantain porter, first and only time I have seen that vegetable used in a beer

Pizza Boy Smoked Porter aged on Deer Jerky

drank at the brewery and apparently the story was that a patron brought in deer jerky they had made themselves for Pizza Boy to experiment with. it was nice, but I never would have bought a whole pint for myself (no tasters). luckily someone else bought the round. deer jerky probably wouldn't make anyone bat an eye in that area of PA, but it felt pretty unique for my tastes, love the idea behind it. The smoke flavor was too much, though the backbone of meat flavor was just enough.

Stone's Points Unknown collaboration. I thought it was amazing.

Also, Stone / Baird / Ishii Japanese Green Tea IPA collab. I'm definitely a matcha / gunpowder green/ whatever tea person and the creativity of pairing that flavor profile with hops was perfection.

Twisted Pine Roots Revival Carrot IPA. Part of their farm to foam series. It was interesting to try. Some carrot came through, but with carrots really not having a strong flavor profile to begin with, not much. Hoppy, with a dirty, vegetal aftertaste. Was hoping for more, but still unique.

Brewery Vivant - Dandyman kettle-soured IPA aged in bourbon barrels at WABF 14. Was for sure my fave I had at the whole fest.

Maybe not the most unique, but definitely up on my list, Coconoats from Burn Em. Coconut oatmeal pale ale

That stock ale is so good...I wasn't really sure what I was expecting but I loved it. I was too far back in line at Solstice to get any bottles, but had it the week after on tap there.

And yeah, probably for me I'd go Short's - Juicy Tree. Would buy again.

Big Shanty Graham Cracker Stout by Burnt Hickory Brewery tastes like liquefied s'mores.

I tried Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer by Pizza Beer Company when my beer nerd friend brought one to a tailgate. It was the most horrible mix of oregano and tomato ever bottled and labeled as a beer; but it was unique.
