potential for sure... although when they list the steps I wish more of them were more focused on brewing beer than selling beer.
How can I enter? Sounds cool. I too wish it was more brewing focused, but that sort of competition would drag out forever. Each round lasts a month or two? Ridiculous. But I would definitely watch it.
if they vet the contestants enough, i'd watch. if they have people who don't have a knowledge base broad enough to transfer their home process to whatever system they're working on in chicago, i'm not interested at all.
I saw the duder with the moustache who speaks at the end of the video at Blue Palms once. His moustache is quite something.
Hmm. Sounds like a great way for InBev to use their new craft brewing arm to launch this "winning beer" through their distro network.
I'm sure that's not what's happening, I'll bet it's because they want the craft industry to continue thriving.
Honestly, this show is total bullshit. This is not what it means to be a brewer in the craft beer industry. It's all for show and all for ratings.
Who cares as long as a very good beer comes out of the whole thing which is what I hope will happen otherwise it is just BS.
Well, since InBev basically got Dogfish's show booted off Discovery, I wouldn't watch this show if you paid me.
Like Todd said at the beginning, "looks a bit forced." I bet it turns out to be another reality show with meaningless drama and a predetermined ending...
Gotta disagree here. The show will work with both Siebel Institute of Technology & Goose Island. Both have worked together for a very long time and well before InBev and the Goose got together.
anyone have a link to the video that is still working, it looks like all of the information has been pulled (even on the FB site)
