Where is the best craft beer store in Burbank area?

My phone is sucking, let me try this again.

    Vendome Toluca Lake.

I'm bummed that I didn't RSVP for their blind sour tasting last weekend.

Oh, and the store at the corner of Victory and Alameda.

that sour tasting looked crazy. insane how far down the list DDG hit. sour in the rye with peaches almost took it all too.

    11. Firestone Walker Feral One
    12. Lost Abbey Duck Duck Gooze
    13. Russian River Consecration

Mad I missed it too. Definitely weird results though.

I believe that's the one from Superbad. Great claim to fame and the selection isn't bad from what I remember

I missed Saturday's tasting too, but I went to Sunday's. It was just a regular tasting, not blind. DDG wasn't there but most of the other stuff was.

It's a funny place, they usually have FW stuff and a couple of other things far longer than most stores around here. But, they crack me up, "see, this is a barleywine because it was aged in red wine barrels". I didn't say anything, I just took my Almanac whatever sour it was and headed home. If I didn't know beer I'd be kind of pissed when I got home, opening a sour that was supposed to be a barleywine. hahaaha

I've been to that Super Bad store on Alameda and Victory. I've seen Choc Rain there for $50.

The bruery specifically has rules against doing this. If you report them they will lose their membership...which might be a plus since they are jacking up the price

Ah, I've never seen any out of distro stuff there. I've only been stopping in there for the last year or so, though.

Typically if you see any Cantillon it was Shelton Bros. just sending a random case - you likely won't see it anywhere else at the same time. Did you grab all that you could?

I've heard from a few different people that Not Your Fathers Root Beer has made it to CA... anyone?
